Day 9 – Dinner snapshot

I am a girl who loves to cook and bake. I was quite a fussy eater when I was younger, however, my tastebuds have certainly expanded in the last five years. I love to try and cook new recipes and bake new muffins and desserts. There is nothing better than eating a meal that you know has been made with love. Day 9 of the photo challenge simply required a snap of ‘Dinner’. 

I tried to make this photo look as exciting as possible;

 

I try to maintain a fairly healthy diet, avoiding fattening fast food takeaway outlets at all costs. Last night I made vegetable seaweed rolls and sweet potato chips. No mayo was required for the rolls, just a touch of hot sauce to dip them into. Absolutely delicious.
